Ladies - do any of you know of any boards/forums for women of peri-menopause age and beyond. I know power-surge used to be a good one but I don't think that's around any more.

There is one on inspire called red hot mamas. I just joined, lol.

I don't know how active it is. I don't check it very much.

Power surge is still there and is my favorite. US based, more tolerant of trying natural measures. Very nurturing and supportive.

Menopause matters is also good. UK based, very pro HRT.
