I can be really tired all day but I can never get to sleep...

I lay down and then I think I just want to look up x, just need to make a note to do x tomorrow and find myself not going to sleep and wide awake.

I think a lot of it is my anxiety as much of it is around things I'm anxious about. The fact I'm writing this post at 00:25 says it all really

How can I break this habit or stop finding an excuse?
