Hi. I deal with HA but also seasonal anxiety and depression. I hate winter. I worry about snow and ice. I have a happy place for spring thru middle of October. We have a camper at a seasonal campground. Makes me so happy to go every weekend from late April thru mid October. Then we must close up for winter. I get sad because i don't have my happy place. I have lost my dear grandmother in november 5 years ago and my father 4 years ago in January. So winter is very hard for me. Does anyone deal with the same. And if so how do you handle it? I started already with feeling sad and we dont close our camper for 2 more weekends. Thanks for listening.
