Hit head...again

Every time I hit my head I freak out, I just hit the back/top of my head on my shelf it’s hurt for a few minutes but now it’s fine, I’m freaking out though. I’m just about to go to bed and I’m scared I won’t wake up. I feel sick but I felt sick before I hit my head so I don’t know if it’s to do with that...I’m so scared of a brain bleed.

I played hockey my whole life and have been hit in the head a lot. You are fine. Our noggins can take a lot of abuse and a bump ain’t gonna hurt you
