Terrified 4am burning pains

Hi

It's 4am and I just woken up with a terrible searing burning pain in breast when I turned over in bed. All week I have been also been having muscle pains all over my body back, arm , legs that moves around . Yesterday I had a burning sensation in right leg upper thigh . Now my breast feels like it on fire .

I really worried this is start of fibromyalgia or ms . I have also been having twitching and jerks for 2 weeks .

So worried . Any ideas?

I feel anxious and tearful. Is anyone here ?

I do have low ferritin levels and been trying to take iron but struggling with tablets so gave them up

Hi ive had the burning now for weeks just won't go and ive been terrified, also had the twitches everyday in different parts of my body, ive noticed if I move about and do some housework or go shopping it's not as noticiable im sure yours is a health anxiety symptom as mine probably is its just our minds over thinking things, health anxiety is horrible x
