Hi everyone,

Reflective Diary.

Take just 10 minutes per week,
Sit down and jot down your thoughts to:

1. What am I happy about in my life right now?

2. What did I accomplish last week?

3. Who loves and appreciates me for what I am?

Right now, I have a roof over my head.

I went to Sanctuary housing for an application form.

my friends love me for whom I'm.

This is a good idea.

1. I am happy about my baby on the way. I cannot wait to meet her.

2. This past week I have persevered through worse anxiety than I have ever felt. I opened up to my boss about what I have been going through, which was very hard for me to do. I have never done that before.

3. My husband loves and appreciates me for who I am. Especially this week.

1. What am I happy about in my life right now?
My new house is lovely; my new housemates are nice.
My friends are fantastic.
Even though I'm not in good health, I don't experience emotional or physical agony very much, and much much less than I used to. I'm happy and grateful for the parts of my health that are ok.
Work has gone ok - even though there were huge challenges, the festival I run was rated 8.9 out of 10.

2. What did I accomplish last week?
Moved house.
Started to look at parts of my life that I'd neglected because of a busy period at work.
Kept looking after my health as a top priority.

3. Who loves and appreciates me for what I am?
My friends Hannah and Annie.
My therapist.
My nana.
My professional network like and respect me (though that's not really love).

1. What am I happy about in my life right now?

I finally get the overpayment reduced. That I was able to go out this afternoon.

2. What did I accomplish last week?

i managed to go and meet my friend, go shopping without buying anything.

3. Who loves and appreciates me for what I am?

All my friends and family.
