I have lately been experiencing what I can only describe as a creepy, crawling sensation up the back of my head, over the top of my head, and to the front (hooks). This happens to cause some head pain 'pings' that comes in some waves that intensify. It is scary, especially when it can disappear just as quickly as it appeared.

Not sure what to make of this, but the word 'Aneurysm' comes to mind and scares the poop out of me. I understand that a popped aneurysm is a whole different animal, but what about a pending rupture? Or 'sentinel bleed' which is essentially a small leak, causing some pain.

I wonder if anyone can relate to my symptoms, and help me to understand why it is unlikely to be a aneurysm (other than my young age and lack of and family history).

Thank you

i too get this from time to time, it to be it kinda feels like when you get goosebumps but no bumps, just the sensation of it, it makes my scalp feel a bit sensitive for a few minutes. not sure if its anxiety related, which im sure it can be but it can also be the way you are sitting. If you are too tense you put pressure on your nerves and it can cause that feeling.
