Doctor has given me this to take , 2 x 150 and 1x 100 , do you take this all together or split it through the day ????

Take 150mg twice a day and 100mg at night.

My doctor said it made little difference when i took it. I prefer to split it into 3 x 200.

Took 300 when I got up and feel really crap so maybe split dose , do you take it as soon as you get up ?

You can - and then another 150mg+100mg evening/night.

I've been on 300mg Lyrica daily for about 5 years. I find it's important to take it with food or it can make me feel really dizzy.
I take one at about 10am with a snack and another at 10pm with some porridge before bed.
