Had my results off the receptionist who couldn't give me much info except that my levels are 101 so I need to speak to my GP Monday. Felt fine about this as I thought at least I have a reason for some (if not all) of my symptoms but now after googling I'm having a melt down!! I'm convinced I have something deadly going on as those levels are seriously low. Even worried about a bloody tape worm! Does anybody have experience of this definciency please?

How is your diet? I had low B12 in the past due to my diet and just had to take a supplement.

It's quite balanced. I eat quite a lot of dairy and meat although I've had an anxious couple of months so have lost weight due to lack of appetite. I had a baby 5 months ago so hoping it's just from that x
