Good morning all, I hope you slept better than I managed, possibly an hour, I had a bit of a panic attack on the way home and then couldn't seem to get it to end, then got pain in the top of sternum near throat and within minutes it was a heart attack, couldn't shift that fear and Dr google didn't help, costochondritis came up but so did other. It did get poked continuously so felt sore as well, I took some cocodamol and 2 mg of diazepam which my Dr gives me for emergency use, I think I possibly take about 5/a year but its still feels a bit tender this morning as I am still thinking the worst, any suggestions would be much appreciated, I think I would probably be gone by now if it was heart but logic want kick in
