Mole on back

Ive had this mole for as long as i cant remember but last night my husband said its got bigger which put me in panic mode. I suffer health anxiety quite bad but ive had a really good few weeks. I attended my gp a few years ago who said it was fine as i asked him to get it removed. Its skin coloured with a bit of brown on top.i have attached a photo

If your husband/you think it has got bigger it's better to get it checked out, although it looks like a normal mole.

my girlfriend has dozens of moles, so i see them all the time, but honestly your mole could be irregular by looking at the pic, however there is such things as atypical moles which yours could fit the description, they are benign moles that just appear irregular. but the growing part should warrant a visit to the doc if nothing else.
