I am aware all of my posts probably seem like deja vu themselves but things have gotten alot worse for me and i need some help. Can anyone relate to this? I get deja vu every single thing feels like dejavu even the thoughts in my head feel like dejavu and i panic because i feel like nothing im thinking of is new information and then i feel like im not really here while its happening. This all happened with a fear of seizures and now i am sure that's what im having when this occurs.

I know I've had comments in the past saying i am not trying to help myself etc but i have tried and nothing works.

How can an internet forum truly help you? Frankly, it's real life help that would serve you the best. That's not negativity, it's fact.

This is an interesting piece. A link with .... anxiety.

"One idea is that deja vu is a sort of 'brain twitch'. Just as we get muscle spasms, or eye twitches, it could be that the bit of your brain which sends signals to do with familiarity and memory is firing out of turn," says Dr Akira O'Connor, a psychologist from the University of St Andrews.

Have you seen neuro or you still waiting, Livvy?

You say that all these deja vu symptoms started when you became scared you would have a seizure. What does that imply? Your anxiety brought on these symptoms and the symptoms now make your anxiety worse. So, to get out of this "loop", your anxiety must be tackled.

There are options still open to you but you have to reach out in the "real" world to find them. People can always "relate" but that won't end this nightmare until you're able to take control of your anxiety and fear.
