Hello, one week ago I saw something on my skin, on my breast. It was a spot in my skin, photo:

Today, it is still there. Went to the doctor and he told me to put a cream with corticoides, I have been doing that but it have not disappear. Later, I went to the dermatologist and he told me to keep putting that and nothing more. But it is still there. I dont know what to do, if I should go to the doctor again or what. Im so anxious, yesterday I coudnt sleep tbh.....
Any help??? Can it be bad??? I can't stop reading bad thing about skin problems on the Internet.
