Hi all, I’m a newby here. I’ve been reading posts for a while but never posted. I’ve been suffering from health anxiety since the start of the year. I’ve done the usual worrying about cancers, MS and MND. I left my husband in June, as my counseller suggested he was the cause of my issues. I’d been feeling great since then and had forgot about my health. I’ve recently gone through a few court sessions with my ex and that has raised the stress levels again!
This week I’ve noticed I feel so tired. My right eye in particular feels so heavy and tired. I’ve also noticed my upper right eyelid seems to now be a bit baggy/droopy in comparison to the other. Has anyone else experienced this with their anxiety? Trying to tell myself it is because I’m stressed and not sleeping well, but it always worries me when the symptoms are one sided (which mine often are and tend to affect the right side more).
