This morning I woke up with numb shoulders. I woke up at about 7am which I don't do, and my shoulders were numb and my arms were weak. I was also thirsty so I went to get a drink. After a few minutes my arms and shoulders felt ok again so I went back to sleep.
When I woke up later, it all felt ok. But then a few hours later, I'd been lying on the floor and when I went to get up I had pain in my neck, shoulders and arms which made me really anxious. What if the pain and numbness from this morning was from something bad? What could have caused this?
