After dinner I had a massive panic attack.
I got up and started cleaning... I was using a steamer to clean the stove. I was scrubbing and hold the spray button and I felt a spasm in my chest. Left breast area. And I saw the pulse on my wrist was erratic and I felt dizzy followed by a tachycardia event. I felt short of breath, and my shoulders and upper back aches with pain. :(
I wasn’t thinking anxious I was fixated at the task at hand. Even now just thinking about it gives me a sick feeling. What caused this attack?
I did feel full.
I was maybe holding my breath, or just not breathing right.
Or my spasm sensation in chest followed by the weird heart beat rhythm in my Christ caused this panic attack.?? I’m still anxious thinking of what it could be
