sensory symptoms only ?

Anybody else only get sensory symptoms of anxiety ? I only have tingling and a bit of perceived numbness but no racing heart etc. Makes me question if it is anxiety -wondered if anyone else was only experiencing these sensory type of symptoms with their health anxiety. Thanks
