Hi everyone.
Im 40. For the last few weeks ive been excessively sweating in bed. I sleep with my window closed but just wear a t shirt to sleep. I dont feel like it's because I'm too hot. I never have a full nights sleep and when I wake up my t shirt is soaking, but I feel just warm. I've also noticed, last night especially that there are times when I wake up from sleep not only sweating but with a very fast heart rate. Last night, around 2am when I woke up I was soaked and my heart was going at 111bpm. It eventually subsided but it was very scary and it's become distressing. My periods are virtually non existant but I put that down to starting on the pill last year.
