Found this site through a recommendation from a friend in NJ - didn't realise it's truly international :yesyes:

Middle of last year I started experiencing a lot of what I now know as panic attacks. I won't go into how horrible that was, as I guess most people here already know that :blush:

I'm coming to terms with it all now, but it's taken a lot out of me. Hopefully I can learn a lot from this forum, and maybe make some new friends too :hugs:
