So I'm freaking out I started getting the feeling of tightness in my chest and I started to pay attention and the worst it got, I have really bad anxiety and panic attacks and hoping this is normal but I'm freaking out
So I'm freaking out I started getting the feeling of tightness in my chest and I started to pay attention and the worst it got, I have really bad anxiety and panic attacks and hoping this is normal but I'm freaking out
This all sounds like anxiety and an anxiety attack. BREATHE... take in deep breaths and let me them out slowly. Do the deep breathing technique of 8 seconds in, hold 4 seconds, 7 seconds out. Try to relax.
I've had this for years and years, off and on, especially when I fly. And I'm still here. No serious problems yet.
