Hi there, I've had anxiety and panic attacks for as long as I can remember. I've experienced all the classic anxiety symptoms but lately I have been feeling very anxious about my eyesight. During a panic attack or when I feel highly anxious I feel that my vision is going to go at any second. It's like I can see but I wonder how I am seeing? It's the strangest feeling and exacerbates my anxiety greatly. I have had my eyes checked recently with no issues. I feel it is an anxiety symptom and I still can see even after experiencing this a few times. The other thing I notice is when I feel highly anxious my pupils contract rather than dilate?! I would be so appreciative to hear from anyone with similar issues. ☹️
