Worried about lymph nodes

I had a cold 4 days ago and now I can feel two small clusters of movable pea sized lumps on either side of my neck. I have to really poke around to find them. Is this normal, has it always been there, should I see a GP?

If you have to poke and prod to find nodes, they are not of concern. Stop poking and prodding!!

This is what started HA for me yrs ago. I had a sinus infection and noticed a small movable 'lump' on my neck. Needless to say, it freaked me out for the next 6 months. Poked and prodded, and it is still there today, many yrs later. It never went down to normal size, probably because I messed with it so much. Definitely a reminder of that rough time.
