Hi from a Newbie

Hi Everyone. Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a 62 year old female with huge anxiety issues at the moment. This is all new to me and I'm really struggling at the moment. Came across NMP and have been really inspired and relieved to read many of the posts and to know I'm not alone.
