Does anyone use a tiny dosage of venlafaxine?

For 15 years I've been using a quarter of a 37.5m effexor tablet per day - which seems to have taken the edge off of my anxiety so I can cope etc - I've tried coming off them entirely and the anxiety has returned - has anyone else used these very small dosages and have they been helpful??

I've been trying to come off Effexor without success. What a bummer !!

joy , i had to stop the relora for now cos im on antibiotics for 2 ear infections, i stopped cos the doctor asked me am i taking anything else to which i answered NO. But I will return to them once my ears are sorted out.
The relora just takes the edge of my symptoms but its not a cure, Id like to take the relora long side other pills.
