Has anyone tried nlp therapy for health anxiety

I saw it one the anxiety guy website

Thinking of maybe signing up as struggling with cbt

Anyone used the anxiety guy also

I've heard of it, but have not tried it myself. It's an interesting theory though. Let us know how it goes if you end up doing it.
