Hi Everyone,

I am writing looking for peoples thoughts and any experience with this. I am writing about a current situation happening to my husband.

My husband has woken up twice in the last 6 months both times a few months apart from one another, where his chest feels a way he can’t explain, almost like a muscle spasm u get in your leg, but in his chest. It lasts for 10-15 seconds then subsides, then the next day or so his left arm feels heavy. He has had a lot of added stress at work and is definitely having some anxiety. He went to the dr, sent him to a cardiologist, bloodwork is fine, blood pressure fine, stress test fine, and ultrasound was fine, except the specialist said his heart looked a little thicker then normal. So, the cardiologist doesn’t know why this is happening to him but he said stress does not wake people at night like this, I’m not sure I quite believe that. Anyways, he will be doing an MRI soon and wore a monitor for a few days. Has anyone experienced this tight spasm feeling at night? Has anyone ever experienced a thicker heart? Interesting part is my family dr thought stress could absolutely do this to you at night.
Any thought?
