There’s been a few times past few weeks my I’ve felt my heart beat fast and feel a bit anxious for no reason anybody else had this?

All the time. Sometimes it feels like being anxious because there's nothing to be anxious about, as dumb as that sounds lol. The more you worry about it the worse it gets.

Yep, me too as it's pretty typical of GAD. You learn to tune some of it out but I'm still learning on the harder stuff.
