Does anyone get leg or arm 'jerks' while sitting down?

Like sitting watching a movie or at a computer, does your leg or arm ever 'jerk'? Not a 'twitch' like when you feel a flutter under your skin but like, your leg or arm moves a little on its own?

Yes I do. Had it a lot more frequent recently too.

I get the twitching lots too and aches and pains in muscles
