Mid sentence panic attack

Anyone else ever have a panic attack in the middle of a conversation even if you feel like you're ok? I was anxious for about 3 hours prior to this conversation and I guess it just randomly happened, I felt like I couldn't speak and I just blanked, anyone else?

Happens to me if im dealing with intimidating people. I have slight social anxiety, mind just goes totally blank. Not always, but its embarrassing when it happens
