I woke up and felt fine but an hour later i felt off balance and dizzy. So i went to lay back in bed, and 10mins later went to get up and felt off balance again and like i was going to fall over but i didn't. So im just sitting down to feel better
I feel otherwise fine.. i did sleep weird today because i wasn't tired.. from 5am to 1pm. But i don't see how this could cause a off balance feeling...
What can it be?? I feel really dizzy. I did have problems with my ear a few weeks ago, my doc said i may have a ear infection he wasn't sure. He gave me ear drops but i still haven't taken them.. because my ear doesnt hurt. But ear problems can cause balance issues?
