Dizzy feeling

Ever sincere my panic attack 3 years ago I've been getting dizzy feedings so I went to the doctor checked for diabetes and it came back normal my psychiatrist says it's just hypoglycemia anyone else experience this ?

If in fact that's what it is, maintaining your body's nutritional needs by eating regularly and a balanced diet is the way to treat it. Even if it isn't, it's a common sense thing to do anyway.
