awful feeling

I get a disoriented feeling as if your going to fall over making me more agrophobic some days wondered if anyone else did and what they do if anything, to relieve the swine bag.

Hello Sher, you are certainly not alone with this 'falling over' feeling. It is a very common symton of anxiety.
I am on a new med and it makes me feel like I am going to lose my balance and fall over. Even when I am standing still I can get the feeling that I am going to keel backwards and fall to the ground.
I started taking an anti-psychotic drug called Seroquel a few weeks ago and I am sure that is causing it. I got a pill from my gp to stop the dizziness called Stemetil. It works most of the time but I still get some shakey moments.
Have you started on a new med recently or increased the dosage of one you are taking?
That is the only reason I can think of. See your doc and they might be able to give you something to sort it out.

I am not taking any medications, but I also get that dizzy/falling over feeling. Sometimes it feels like I am swaying, and I even feel sea sick at times. I think it is just a symptom of tension. I know how you feel though about becoming agoraphobic... when I go through bad spells, I have a hard time leaving home for a few days. But, just remind yourself that it will pass. It always does. Even if you need to stay home a few days to recover, that is okay. Dont be too hard on yourself.
