Heart or anxiety

Anyone have a heart condition and suffer with anxiety? Cant break the cycle of one setting the other one off. Go to the hospital who blame the anxiety but see my Cpn who blames my heart!! Just don't know where or who to turn xx

Dude, you have to be relaxed while measuring your heart rate so you can be less anxious knowing you have a normal heart rate. That kind of circular logic? lol
