twitch in left temple

Hi,

For the last few days about 3/4 times a day I have been experiencing a strange twitch/spasm sensation in my left temple.

Wondering if this could just be a benign twitch or whether it is possible to feel heart palpitations in your left temple?

probably the same as most twitches , stress/anxiety related. I have the same. eyelids sometimes, calves, arms... the lies goes on.

It's just as ur left temple is a pulse point I'm worried it's my heart beating funny :(
