numb forehead

I am having an odd day today. Feeling unreal and weird. Also, does any one get a numb forehead sometimes. Like the skin feels thicker. I get this sometimes but not alot anymore, although i have it today. Is this a known anxiety symptom. I have taken a propanolol today, could it be that! Although i do get it when i dont take medication, as well.

I get that a lot on panicky days. I think that we are so in tuned to our bodies that when anything happens, we feel it. Your feelings in your forhead and lips are prob sinus related. Your unreal feelings are prob related to anxiety... and just from worrying so much. I get the same exact way during my anxious days. Yesterday I felt like my mouth was numb and tingly. But I was about to start a movie and once the movie started, and I got into it, low and behold the feelings went away. Distraction is so hard, but SO important.
