Hi I'm Steph I'm New Here I do have a heart condition but I also suffer from anxiety which is a vicious circle because the one triggers the other one off. This has caused many problems with my partner and family not understanding and I feel very alone so I'm reaching out to anyone who would even just want to chat to share their own experiences or coping strategies xx
