Hey all as some of you probably know a big fear of mine is internal bleeding from a head bump. I bumped my head on a low shelf today as I was getting up from bending down. Should I be worried? Should I see a doctor? I have a slight headache. I went to the doctor at my uni for this a few weeks ago when I hit my head on a sink so I’m embarrassed to go again. I’m trying to work on my therapists tips but they’re not working
