My stomach is killing me....I'm so anxious...I can't eat properly (I'm just drinking tea). My throat hurts every time I try to swallow. I'm sleeping bit better but my stomach is really killing me. Anxiety is hell

I am having the same issues. Each morning I wake up I pray my stomach will me better. When I realize that its
not I panic and start the cycle all over again.
