Leg pain, feels weird

Worried it is bone cancer., trying not to Google it. it does not feel tendor, and not getting the pains at night, I can not feel any lumps

How do you get from a sore leg to bone cancer? That is a serious cancer and I imagine the pain is a bit more than a little leg pain.
