lymph node fear is back bc of visit to doc

I went to the doctor the other day for my cold and she felt the lymph nodes and said she can feel a few but its nothing to be worried about. I'm worried because they're been enlarged since at least March. I have had the flu last year, lots of infections, and currently a cold, so could that account for it? I'm just worried since it's been enlarged for so long, and i've lost weight recently.
