All the sudden today I have this sore spot on my right breast and on that one all day I've had this burning/cramping sensation on and off through the day. I don't think I've dealt with before, could it be cancer?

Cancer pain typically doesn't start until it's well advanced and it doesn't just start out of nowhere. I'm not a doctor, just a survivor. What you describe sounds like a niggle.

Ive had sore breasts on and off and it turned my bra wasnt giving me the support i needed

My wife gets this a lot. Usually from I’ll fitting bra’s.
