I know that for many of us with health anxiety we are told we are hypersensitive, which is certainly true in my case.
However, I noticed that my body didn't come with an owner's manual and I'm not sure what's new, what's not, and what's to be expected.
Is there a website where bodily sensations, textures are cataloged?
[The topic I'm specifically wondering about is what belly fat feels like to ~40 year old men... or if the perineum area changes for men as they get older.... ]

This is how I’ve explained it to my previous doctors.
Is there a manual or something to know that what I’m feeling is a norm?
Don’t know about the last part in your post I’m not a man. But the idea of having a manual for people like us would be nice. But the best thing would be to ask your doctor.
