Can anyone relate to this sleeping issue? Please?

I am sleeping for the night, but I wake up and my eyes are pink and sore and scratchy (which goes away after 10 min or so). I literally feel like I am not sleeping AT ALL. Everything is bright, im out of it, tired, bags under eyes..but I sleep 9 hours and only wake up every 4 hours or so. The fact I sleep but can't feel rested is starting to freak me out. I am not on any meds either. Can anyone else relate to this with no medication causes?

Maybe you have an allergy? I'm allergic to dust and I get simillar issues if I don't vacuum clean the bedroom 2-3 times a week, and I dont change the bedsheets frequently enough.
