off kilter, off balance feeling

I have this feeling of slight dizzy...just not right feeling and i was off work for 4 days and it got way better. then i went back to work (in retail) and it started again.
My neck and shoulder get very tight as well.
Anxiety has always been a problem for me but i never get used to it.

Do any of you get this unsteady feeling as well?

Yes, I have this. It feels worse when I move my head, in addition to a general lightheaded feeling all the time. I also have a stiff neck as well.
