general anxiety

I dont know if i have a cold but my sinus side of nose and mild headache twinge. Plus I've had a great first date and my legs feel internally shakey and this makes me worried. Is this due to nerves and good date? I'm home now and should be reminiscent of fun night but analysing things and potentially normal feelings. anxiety levels are high :(
