Hi all,

I had a problem in the past with schizophrenia fear but last year I had a panic attack where after I started to experiance fear to get heart attack.

I always check my pulse, check my breathing etc
A week ago I started to go to gym and I was very good sportsmen before anxiety started and always now have a worry that I will colapse there and die...after weight lifting I have shortage of breath, heart race, small nuisea :)

I dont know how I can get rid of this... :(

Hey Vekiqf... the content tends to change whenever you get bored with your actual thought, so the problem is not the content of the thoughts, the problem is how you react to them...fear of Schizo, fear of a heart attack, fear of contamination... you see the list is endless...Are you seeing a therapist? You should work on the anxiety the thought brings, not the content... at the end they remain just thoughts.
