Falling sensation

Has anyone has anyone ever had any falling sensations in your head? It's happened a couple times and it's stressing me out. I'll be sitting at the computer (hunched over) and for a split second, it feels like my head's falling. There are no other symptoms and it doesn't even last a minute. It's really frustrating. I can't even go the doctor because I don't have insurance anymore and money is really tight. Anxiety sucks.

The clue could be your posture: tensing muscles in your neck can compress and trap nerves which control sensation and balance. If it only happens when you're at computer in this position, it's something to consider, and correct.
