You've done the hard part getting the upload right :yesyes: as people struggle with that.

When you open am attachment that is stored in your Attachments all you now need to do is click on the Insert Image button in your post and then clear anything out of the box that pops up. What you insert there is the attachment ID - which is the Web address that shows in your browser address bar when you open that link you put above.

You need to get the attachment ID first before Insert Image is used. Normally this means you go into your Attachments menu in your User CP (the menu that shows your inbox, avatar settings, etc. It's near the bottom) and click on the attachment so it opens up a new tab or window in your Internet browser.
