Body jerks and possible acid reflux?

So the past week I’ve had a painful chest and today I think it’s finally showing itself as acid reflux. I’ve had a sore chest all day and a need to burp...

I’ve also noticed almost every night as I drift off my body jerks, this tends to happen when I’m laying on my back.

Now my mind is jumping to all sorts of cancers or heart problems, can this be caused by acid reflux?

And is acid reflux another nice example of anxiety?
