Constant twitching -- AGAIN

The base of my left thumb has been twitching constantly for the last week. I know all about BFS. About 20 years ago, I had constant twitching in my right thumb for almost a year. Saw two neurologists, had all the tests, and it was nothing. Now it's starting all over again. And of course, I think THIS time it's ALS. Can't sleep ... my thumb is raw from digging my fingernails into it so I don't feel the twitching ... feel depressed and hopeless.

I have or had a twitch between my middle and pointer finger, I started ignoring it and havent felt it in a while so I'm not sure if I still have it or not and I'm not going to check lol. Try not to worry if you know all about BFS then you know it's twitching with no weakness. Enjoy the weekend and don't let this ruin it for you

I get that too, sometimes i'll actually see my index finger spazz by itself!
Ive had foot twitching for 2 months and eye twitching 5 months - just now my calf twitched!!
